Years of Service
Since 1994, we’ve made it free and easy for excavators to check whether any of our members have underground infrastructure in or near their proposed dig site.
Locate Requests
We get hundreds of thousands of requests each year for information about any buried facilities in proposed dig sites. The excavator starts the process by submitting a Locate Request ticket either online here or by phone.

Users of our service include member employees, excavator contractors and homeowners who believe in safe digging practices for excavation projects of all sizes.
BC 1 Call Members
Our members are public and private sector underground infrastructure owners who share a commitment to damage and injury prevention, and community safety. Annually, members have responded to as many as 680,000 notifications to Locate Requests within 3 business days of notification (or 5 business days for Large Projects).
